Passed away at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Cecelia for 57 years. Loved father to the late Donovan, Wayne (Judith), Karlene Lawrence (Damian), Dane, Lance (Simone), Maurice (Rochelle), Tanisha, and Christopher. Cherished grandfather of Kyle, Dejon, Danyelle, Damon, Kereece, Kyeron, Romane, Kimberly, Khalil, Kalyssa, Gabriel, Jaala, and Neah. Dear brother of Guy (Lois), Crystal Simon (Luther), Valerie Hibbert, Yolanda Bell (Earl), late Faye Martin, and late Rupert. Uncle to Gary, late Radcliffe, Lyndon, Sandra, late Norman, Tanisha, Christine, Keron, Nicole, Sean, Tara, Sandy, Kirk, Carol, Sharon, Dawn, Millicent, Lisa, late Dean, and Shawnette. Winston will be forever loved and remembered by his grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins, great grand nieces, great grand nephews and nieces and nephews-in-law. Family and friends will be received at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 47 Owen Street, Barrie (parking at 50 Worsley Street, $7/day) on Friday, September 2, 2022, from 10:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 12 noon. Interment Barrie Union Cemetery. Memorial donations to the RVH Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
