After a valiant fight Vi was called Home to be with her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ on Monday, November 28, 2022, at the Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket. Vi Brubacher (nee Roth) at the age of 84, beloved wife of Dave Brubacher. Loving mother of Wendy Wigston (Mark), John Brubacher (Trudy), Nancy Mudde (Dennis), and Lori Horner (Kevin). Cherished grandmother to 23 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Rudy and Sarah Roth. Dear sister to Wallace Roth (late Betty), Earlus Roth (Delores), and predeceased by Nelson Roth (Selma), Florence Baechler (Earl), Harvey Roth (Olive), and Raymond Roth (Clara) (Theresa). Sister in-law to Robert Brubacher (Becky), Raymond Brubacher (Gladys), Anne Brubacher (Ralph), and Hilda Roth. Family and friends will be received at Emmanuel Baptist Church 374 Salem Road, Barrie on Monday, December 5, 2022, from 7 - 9 p.m. and again on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, from 12:30 - 1:45 p.m. with a celebration of Vi’s life at 2 o’clock p.m. Reception to follow.
