Terrance "Terry" Smith

February 3, 1953 - September 9, 2024.

With an incredibly saddened heart we announce, Terrance "Terry" Smith, age 71, has passed away as of September 9, 2024. Terry was born in Toronto, Ontario, son of predeceased William "Bill" and Edith Smith, beloved husband of predeceased Brenda Smith and resided in Barrie for the remaining years of his life.

Terry is surv.ived by his loving children John (Lisa), Ronnie (Tammy), Mandy (Keith), Cheryl (Kris), and Terry. Grandfather of 12 loving grandchildren who will remember him as "Grandad".

Terry will fondly be remembered by his siblings, Ron (Shirley), Sharon, Marsha (Roy), Betty Ann, Heather, Margaret. He will now be at peace with predeceased siblings Rick (Maxine), and Larry.

Terry has created many everlasting memories with his family and friends and will be remembered by everyone as a loving and caring father, brother, grandfather, and friend. Terry loved driving his garbage truck and snow plow and told endless stories to his family and friends. We are reminded in this time of his undying love for his late wife Brenda and the endless stories of their love.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Terry's family would like to request that donations would be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
