It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Roselyn “Rose” Frances Crawford on Monday, May 29, 2023, at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie with family by her side. Rose Crawford at the age of 83, beloved wife of Lloyd for 64 years. Loved mother of Shelley Gaye and predeceased by Patti Gayle and Gary Lloyd. Dear mother in-law to Lisa Crawford and the late Gerry Kirkby. Cherished grandmother to Jeffrey McHardy (Michelle), Mathew McHardy, Ashleigh Crawford (Will), and Michael Crawford (Stephanie); great grandmother to Owen, Alyssa, Paisley, Reid, Caleb, and Peyton. Family and friends will be received at Legacy Funeral Home, 55 Cedar Pointe Drive, Barrie (parking and entrance on Highway 400 side of building) on Monday, June 5, 2023 from 12 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1 o’clock p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation, Kidney Association, Alzheimer Society or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
