Mark Gray

It is with our greatest sadness to share the unexpected passing of Mark Gray at his home on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at the age of 61. Beloved husband and best friend to Katherine (née Steele) for 39 years. Loved father to Christine Smart (Evan), Andrew Gray (Rebecca), and Taylor Gray. Devoted "Grumpy" to his grandchildren Oliver, Lily, Hazel, and Lewis Smart, and Brooklynn Gray. Dear brother to Andrea Gray (Don Wright). Mark will be forever loved and remembered by his sisters-in-law Elizabeth Turnbull (David) and Allison Steele (Scott Caston), nieces Grace Turnbull, Hayley Steele, and many extended family and close friends. A celebration of Mark's life will be held on Saturday, July 27th 2024 from 12 to 3pm at Legacy Funeral Home 55 Cedar Pointe Drive, Barrie (Parking and entrance on Hwy 400 side of building). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital where Mark loved volunteering in his final year of life.
