Marie Jeannine Legere

Jeannine Marie Legere (née Donelle) of Caissie Cape, New Brunswick in her 88th year, suddenly, and in her sleep, after a brief stay at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, Ontario. Wife of Joseph Legere of Cap Pele, New Brunswick. First born of Patrick Downing (Donelle) and Florida Brun of Caissie Cape NB. Daughter In Law of Arthur Leger and Dorina Leger of Cap Pele. Doting Mother of Wanda, Wayne and Brian. Grandmother of 6, Great Grandmother of 5, Great Great Grandmother of 2, Aunt of 55, Sister of 9 and Sister In Law of 11. Mom was a vibrant member of the West Toronto and High Park communities and spent her Retirement enjoying walks to the various shops and local library. Mom lived a long and glorious life and enjoyed every day. She was always there for her loving children and everyone who came to her home and loved to make recipes from her Cap Pele cookbook. Loved and missed by all, Service and Interment will be at our Family Plot at Sainte-Therese-d'Avila Church and Cemetery Cap Pele, New Brunswick in August 2025.
