Donald "Don" Abercrombie

26-July -1952 – 2-September-2022

Donald (Don) William Abercrombie, 70, of Holland Landing, ON, passed away peacefully at home on September 2, 2022. Loving father to James (Cayley) and Paul (Sarah). Cherished grandfather of Maya, Garret, Elise, Virginia, and Quinn. Beloved son to Audrey (nee Bell) and predeceased by Jim. Don will be fondly remembered by his siblings Bob (Kathy), Steve (Sue) and Darlene Sinjakewitsch (Wally). He was loved dearly by Catherine Elliott. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and many friends.

Don enjoyed sharing memories from his time growing up on Lake Wilcox. He spent a great deal of time outside, both with work and play. Don shared his love of the outdoors with his sons, taking them camping and fishing. He could often be found riding his motorcycle on sunny days.

A celebration of life will take place at Pheasant Run 18033 Warden Avenue, Sharon on Sunday, October 16, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
