You will always be a voice in my ear, and a beat in my heart.
Love and miss you more than words can say. From your little sister Nikki (Taylor) Barnett
As the time has passed since Oct 2021, many of us find ourselves saying “what would Debbie do”. And this helps us navigate through our tasks. She left behind a post-it note in her kitchen “Don’t wait for life to get better to be happy”, but we never got to say goodbye. Our hearts ache and will always be broken for you being taken from us far too soon. You touched so many lives in so many ways in your 62 years. You would be proud and honoured with the love, messages and outpouring for our family in our loss.
“Tell me it gets easier. No, but you do get used to how hard it is.” Unknown
“Grief never ends…but it changes, it’s a passage not a place to stay, Grief is not a sign of weakness or a lack of faith, it’s the price of Love” Unknown
