Patricia Ann McConnachie (nee Penny)

With family by her side, Pat passed away at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the age of 84.

Predeceased by her husband William McConnachie (1990), parents Charles and Effie Penny, sister Betty, and brothers Carl, Warner, and Ronald. Loving Mother of Glenn, Dan (Sue), Wendy (Kim), and Bill. Cherished grandmother to Brad (Rachel), Brett (Laura), Christopher (Kristen), Bryan (Justine), Claire (Brett), Grant (Shannon), Braeden, Kaitlyn (Emily), Logan and Jordyn. Great Grandmother to Mason, Emerson, Charlie, Henry. Step Grandmother to Zachary and Kelsi. Survived by her brother Tim Penny (Nancy). Special thank you to Dr. Lai for his kind compassionate manner with all of us. At Pat’s request there will be no public visitation or service. A private family interment will be held at later date. Memorial donations to Hospice Simcoe would be greatly appreciated by the family.
